    What’s your sales pitch on getting commercial work on the average shopping center shoppes vs. them trying to clean their own windows?

    Keep it short and sweet. Introduce myself offer my service then leave a card and always leave a price. Sometimes people are under the impression its expensive.

    Here in Minnesota, I just remind them how much it's gonna cost them to buy windshield wiper fluid to keep it from freezing during our six-months of winter. Not to mention the gloves, all the other equipment, and the cost of paying the employee their wage while they struggle to clean the windows.
