How to get customers in smaller country towns

    Hi all, I recently lost my job due to factory closure. I couldn't find work so I decided to try and start my own window cleaning business. I live in a country town in Australia, with a population of approx 95,000 people. After much practice and knowledge searching I started giving out introduction letters with my business card stapled on them to businesses and in domestic mail box's ( in areas I thought could afford a window cleaning service). I've managed to pick up 2 commercial jobs ( both happy customers ) over a 2 month period. Which is both disappointing and demoralising . Can you give me some tips for generating much more business. Thanks
