I personally have not got to involved in office cleanings/dealerships. Recently I was approached because I'm already cleaning there windows at this dentist office. Normally I pass on this type of work but I was wondering if I should get involved with janitorial or at the very least sub it out to someone I can rely on?

They wanted simple office cleaning. They wanted me to clean the desks and vacum and collect all the trash on weekly basis.

I really don't know too much about it. My old boss had a lot of that work in the 80s and 90s, but he said the hourly rate is too low now. I'm sure you could sub it out, but it seems like because of the low average rate there wouldn't be too much room to make a profit.

Well anything would be good to learn if money actually is playing a role. I'm sure that you will get the experience and get used to it over time so don't worry about it
