After researching online, I felt comfortable tackling my first job. I used Sunbrella's suggested ratio of 1 gal Water, 1cup SH, 1/4 cup Dawn. Soaked, scrubbed with soft brush, scrubbed with a stiffer brush, then rinsed. It looked great! Then it dried and I found I had more work to do. More scrubbing and rinsing and finally got it clean. Some spots from the lichen remain. Is it possible to get them all the way out? Is Deep Clean really more effective than Dawn? For $200, everything went pretty smooth!

Congratulations on your first job and good luck in the future. It is great that you started well but your struggle to gain a reputation good enough to make window cleaning a profession has just started. The next few months to a year are crucial for your success work hard and honest and don't cut corners and you'll be fine. Once again good luck!
