    Had a customer call us about 1:30 pm asked where we were. He was scheduled for 2:00 pm. Told him we were on our way and we would be there shortly. He said we were scheduled for morning (which we weren't) and he had waited but had to go to work now. I apologized anyways but he did not want to reschedule.

    We were scheduled to give an estimate to his neighbor anyways so we headed over to his house booked the job and did the work with the open slot we now had. Original customer comes home, unloads his belongings from his car and we waved at eachother. My new customer goes over and thanks him for canceling and goes on and on about how awesome his windows look and what great work we do.

    Original customer comes over apologizes and reschedules.
