For stubborn stains or stickers, we have a great selection of window scrapers in varying sizes depending on your needs. We stay up to date with the best tools in the trade. JBF manufactures the well know Triumph razor scrapers.

JBF targets professional market for cleaning, window cleaning, and painting. Their company started in 1930 and in 1970 they produced their first professional grade scraper. Detroit Sponge is happily one of their blade distributors.

We have a great selection of Triumph Window Scrapers and replacement pieces. All Triumph scrapers use the same blades, covers, and replacement tracks to make maintaining them simple and easy.

Purchase a quantity of 10 or more of any one Triumph product and receive discounted pricing on our website. Check out some of the favorite scrapers by Triumph:

    MK2 SCRAPERS:

    1. Triumph MK2 Scraper: The MK2 is Triumph’s standard 6″ scraper with a straight head and a cover.
    2. Triumph MK2 Scraper W/Angled Head: The Triumph MK2 with an Angled Head is a 6″ scraper that will help with pole work. This scraper can also be used by hand. It includes a plastic cover.

    MK3 SCRAPERS:

    1. Triumph MK3 Soft-Grip Scraper: The Triumph MK3 Soft-Grip Scraper (6 Inch) features a rubber grip for extra comfort during use while providing the same 6″ design as the original MK2. It also has a plastic cover.
    2. Triumph MK3 Soft-Grip Scraper W/Angled Head: The Triumph MK3 Soft-Grip Scraper w/Angled Head (6 Inch) is the same as the popular angled MK2 scraper with a rubber grip and sturdier design. It includes a plastic cover.

    EXTRA SCRAPERS:

    1. Triumph Z40 Scraper W/Retractable Bladecover: The Triumph Z40 Scraper w/Retractable Bladecover (6 Inch) features a thumb-trigger safety-blade cover for safe storage and easy one-hand access to your blade.
    2. Triumph Heavy Duty Red Scraper: The Triumph Heavy Duty Red Scraper is 6 inches but uses a thicker (0.4mm) carbon steel blade for heavy duty cleaning. Includes cap for safe storage.

Useful tips when using a scraper:

ALWAYS start in a small inconspicuous corner of the window before scraping. Check to make sure the glass is not scratching while scraping.

When using a scraper, NEVER drag your scraper back and forth across the glass. ALWAYS run your scraper over the glass and when you reach the end of where you’re scraping, pick the scraper up from the glass and repeat the process.

NEVER use a scraper on glass that has a film/tint on it. This film and tint are typically on the interior portion of the glass. However, on a few occasions window cleaners have discovered that tint has been improperly installed on the exterior portion of the glass. So always be on the lookout. You typically can tell if this film/tint is on the glass by the edges. You should be able to see where this tint ends before you reach the very edge of the window frame.

NEVER use a scraper on any type of acrylic glass. Such as Plexiglass, Acrylite, Lucite, Crylux, Perclax, Astariglas and Perspex. This will most definitely leave heavy scratches behind.
