Weird window tint separating solution when applied?

    Just finished a couple auto shops. Only did the outside and it took me roughly 4 to 5 hours. I really experienced some difficult things though as it was super windy and the sun kept drying the soap on the windows in seconds. These windows were strange too, like they had some type of tint on them that seemed to cause the solution to separate quickly. Its like the when applied, it would separate quickly. Not sure what causes this, anybody experience this before? Maybe it's just something that was previously applied on the window in the past?
