I ended up charging $350.00 and it took about 3 1/2 hours. Going forward I can roll through this job with the water fed pole but because of the construction clean-up and using the ladder kills time

Definitely was but the construction debris on the windows was so bad the most thorough way to clean the windows was to get face to face with the window.

I've actually done something similar to this job though I had difficulties myself and ended up charging less then I should have. It was just at the beginning so I was kinda inexperienced and thanks for reminding me of that. Now I can keep it in mind for the future, seems you had a difficult time though.
