With Spring about 6 weeks out how do you get ready for the peak season? For me its like clock work I don't know exactly when the phone is going to start ringing but it always does. It comes in waves but a lot of it will be residential work but sometimes new commercial work as well. For the most part though I do as much work as I can in a day and keep everything caught up so when I get calls for new work I can do that work and have peace of mind knowing my other work is caught up because it will get hectic.

Well you'd have to be a bit prepared for it but if you're experienced not so much. You kinda know what you expect unless some problem turns out then you usually just figure out an answer and maybe even put off another job or postpone it if possible. It's pretty easy once you get experienced so that's why newbies would need advice and help from those kind of people to know what to do

well for me it's not really like that, customers usually know when they should call so I'm not having any problems with that. Maybe you can try talking to each customer so eventually they'll know when they should call
