Hi all. We're a branding agency taking on our first real estate client and they expect architectural imagery, which is well outside our usual scope. Rather than fumble through it we'd rather partner with a specialist studio. Question is how to find one that's used to working through agencies rather than direct with developers - the workflow and expectations are different. Any recommendations?

Hello. Good instinct, agency workflow really is different, mainly around white labelling and revision cycles. Look for an architectural rendering company that explicitly lists agencies among their clients rather than only developers. The studio we partner with works with developers, architects and branding agencies globally, so they understand presenting work under our brand and dealing with client feedback filtered through us. Practical advice: agree upfront who owns the source files and whether they'll handle direct calls with your client or stay behind the scenes. Getting that clear early avoids awkward moments later when your client wants to speak to someone technical.
