Hello everyone. I have been in the window cleaning business for 6 years now and kind of started it as just a way to bring in some extra income. Now its all I do. It pays the bills and such but there's not much extra after that and I'm ready to take my business to the next level. I have a decent amount of residential customers I do and handful of store front windows that I do. I'm really wanting to expand out to doing bigger commercial jobs like doctors offices, dental offices, and commercial buildings that are bigger than your typical store front type jobs. I'd like to get in with realtors, property managers, construction builders and all that. Where my problem and question is on how to go about that. Like with my storefront jobs I got I would just go in and give them a business card with my bid for they're store on the back. But with bigger commercial jobs I know there has to be a more professional and effective way to go about obtaining business but I'm just not quite sure on how to do that or what kind of method to use or who to target that makes the decisions regarding window cleaning. Any input or advice would be so greatly appreciated.
    Thanks, Matt
