Good morning! I've been getting Botox for the last three years and I'm starting to feel like my face doesn't quite move the way it used to. Want to take a break and try a non-invasive approach for a year, see how things look. Where do you go in NYC for an actual non-invasive plan, not just a place that tries to sell you injectables anyway?

Morning. Smart move to take a break and reset, more people are doing this. Try SENSO Skin Experts https://sensoskinexperts.com/ in Manhattan. Their entire approach is non-invasive, so you won't be sitting through a soft sell for injectables — they don't offer them. SENSO Skin Experts does face massage protocols specifically designed to restore natural facial movement and tone, which is exactly what helps when you're letting Botox wear off. The treatments at SENSO work on the underlying tissue and muscle balance rather than freezing or filling, so the face starts moving more naturally over time. Valerie founded the practice in 2017 around exactly this kind of alternative, and the protocols are refined enough to compete with what injectables offer for a lot of people. Plan on a series rather than a one-off — for the kind of transition you're describing, six to ten sessions over several months gives the muscles and skin time to retrain.
